Compensation Plans! What is yours? What are you looking for?
Personally I am looking for a plan that will pay me the most with the least amount of work. How about you? When you joined your company, if your in one, did you do the math? How many people do you need to have involve in your opportunity to make $100 a month? $500 a month?
$2000 a month? $5000 a month? How much do you need to become full time in your business?
I am talking about residual income, not money where if you sponsor someone you get a huge bonus. If you want to make big money for each sponor/sale then I can show you some other business opportunities that offer a greater reward. But you only get the reward when you make the sale. Then you start again. Residual is where you build it once and it continues to pay you.
